Presentations scheduled in sessions 101-127 will occur on Monday 9:30AM-12:00PM; sessions 128-153 will occur on Monday 2:30PM-5:00PM; sessions 201-233 will occur on Tuesday 9:30AM-12:00PM; sessions 234-261 will occur on Tuesday 2:30PM-5:00PM; sessions 301-332 will occur on Wednesday 8:00AM-10:00AM; session 333-350 will occur on Wednesday 10:15AM-12:15PM. The majority of the oral presentations are scheduled for a 15 minute presentation.

The 2-page Overview of Sessions is posted on the ASABE Meetings website www.asabemeetings.org under Agenda / Program - Technical Session Overview.

The scheduling of presentations into sessions has been completed and you will be able to once again review your abstract, title, authors and make any needed changes within the system. We anticipate this reopening of the editing will occur around February 6.

Greetings -

Every year at the ASABE Annual International Meeting there is an undergraduate poster competition where student's are given the opportunity to showcase their research and presentation abilities to an audience of judges, students, faculty, and industry members. We are still in need of judges for this event. Judging posters will not be a time consuming or difficult task, but it is very important to the participating students.

The undergraduate poster competition will be held Sunday, July 13 from 3:00 - 4:30pm. Each judge will evaluate several posters using a provided score sheet. If you know you will be in Montreal by this time, please volunteer to help. No prior experience in judging is necessary since you are signed up to present either a poster or oral presentation at the meeting already. If you are interested in judging, please email Linda Geiger at lrgeiger@iastate.edu as soon as possible.
